Nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Vendicari Natural Reserve, this enchanting property is the result of the careful restoration of an ancient farmhouse. The estate preserves the authenticity of historic rural Sicilian farmhouses, enhanced by thoughtful interventions that have made the spaces welcoming, functional, and bright, while fully respecting the original character. The interiors celebrate traditional Sicilian architecture through the use of local stone: exposed stone walls and finely restored wooden details create an atmosphere that is both timeless and genuine. The property features spacious communal living areas with a fireplace, a generous outdoor patio, and two large internal courtyards around which the buildings are arranged. The six double bedrooms are all equipped with king-size beds and large en-suite bathrooms. Each room is designed to highlight the rustic beauty of Sicily without compromising modern comforts, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season. The farmhouse is part of a 35-hectare (86,49 acres) estate cultivated with lemons, oranges, olive trees, and wheat. The property is just steps away from the famous beaches of Calamosche and Marianeddi, an area of extraordinary natural beauty characterized by dunes, Mediterranean scrub, and pristine shores. A short drive away lies Noto, the renowned Baroque city recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, perfect for cultural, gastronomic, and artistic excursions.
